What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we connect with you, the Homeowner, and ask you to provide basic information. After, we schedule a time that works best for one of our Envision technicians to swing out to give you a FREE in-person inspection. After you’re scheduled, we send out an email with the date and time of the inspection. When your technician is on the way, you receive a text or email through our Customer Service Program. The technician can do most jobs right then and there, depending on the type of project. We only collect payment after we finish the job unless it’s a new garage door installation. We only take the price of the doors as a down payment. We accept Cash, Check or Credit Card.
